Ryan did a great job on our carpets, and at a reasonable price. We had many stains, especially on the stairs and in the hallway. It looks wonderful now!  I’d highly recommend this company.
And a bit of advice: avoid the guys who offer the cheap deals. It never ends well for the customer.

I have used Bob’s Carpet Care about 4 times now – about once per year. Ryan cleaned my carpet the past couple times. He was just at my home for a pre-Thanksgiving cleaning. I was pleased with his conscientious attention to the details, especially the dirt tracked on the stairs by the family and pets. I like that they only clean with steam and do not add any scents or “deodorizers” . All I want to smell is “clean” i.e. no more doggy odor and no gaggy cover up scents. My only complaint is that I would like the technician to be more careful when moving the big hoses around my wood furniture so that the finish does not rubbed. Ryan was polite and businesslike with a great attitude. The carpet looks great. I would definitely use them again and I will. Thank you.

I had my in-laws coming and wanted to spruce up everything- I called Bob’s Carpet on a referral from my friend. Great customer service all around. My carpets look better than they ever have in the past! I’m always using these guys now. They may be a bit more pricey than the other guys I’ve used but it was soooo worth it! Oh and i got 10% off because I mentioned my friends name so it ended up being about the same as what I paid last time with MUCH better results.

I have rental units in Cardiff and Bob has cleaned the carpets for my rentals for over 10 years. It’s so nice to have a company to call that I can trust for being consistently reliable, professional and for doing a great job. I really do think that the life of my carpets are extended due to their top of the line cleaning process. I would recommend Bob’s Carpet Care to anyone without hesitation.

Bob’s “strikes again”. These guys are GREAT!! I have been a landlord for more than 40 years, all over the country and this company is the BEST I have ever run into. This is about the 3rd time they have done my rental in Leucadia and each time, it has been a different ‘crew’, but, I have gotten the same, prompt, courteous, through treatment. Had a couple ugly spots on one carpet that a tenant left and they made it look like new. I would NOT hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

When the Bob’s Carpet Care team showed up, they were in a Bob’s Carpet Care van, wearing Bob’s Carpet Care uniforms! Super professional, and they did an awesome job on my 4 piece sectional and two large area rugs. Everything was clean and dry in hours with no “wet dog” smell from being too wet for too long! I love that everyone that works for Bob’s is an employee, not an independent carpet cleaner with their own side business. This company gets 5 stars for service and integrity!

I have used Bob’s Carpet Care 5 times over the past 10 years and have had very good results – but this was the best. My expensive carpet is 15 years old and I regularly vacuum and take proper care of it. However we do have pets and kids so it gets dirty no matter what I do. I was considering replacing all our carpeting this year and I went so far as to seriously research and shop for one. The expense would be great and the preparation work would be exhausting.
Thank you Bob and crew as I will now be able to delay the expense of a new rug.

I used bob to clean my oriental rugs, and the carpet in my house, his service was top notch, they did a fantastic job and the price was reasonable. I was extremly happy with the end result.
